KECH’s selection highlights the company's commitment to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, focused on safety, within the firearms industry.

The NICS call center operations focus on providing a seamless experience for Federal Firearms Licensees (FFLs) by ensuring respectful and professional interactions with customer service representatives (CSRs). KECH will provide services 364 days per year (365 days in leap years), seven days per week from 8 a.m. to 12 a.m. ET.
