To be considered for a position with KECH, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

- Complete all required pre-hire assessments as part of the application process (if required by the position)
- Upload an up-to-date resume
- Provide proof of completion from a recognized online typing test (to be uploaded with the application)
- Have a stable internet connection verified via an internet speed test submission (to be uploaded with the application)
- Meet the job’s basic qualifications, as outlined in the job description
Steps for Applying for a Position with KECH
Step 1: Review Job Postings
Carefully review our open job postings (see list below), as some positions have state residency restrictions. Ensure you are applying for a position for which you meet all qualifications.
Step 2: Complete the KECH Job Application
Submit a KECH Job Application for the desired position.
Step 3: Take Assessments Tests (if required)
Depending on the position, you may be required to complete three assessment tests.
Step 4: Upload Required Documents
Submit the following three (3) documents as part of your application:
- Your Resume
- Results of an Internet speed test
- Results of a Typing test
If your application is incomplete (i.e., missing a resume, typing test, etc) after 48 hours from its submission date, it will be automatically archived, making it not eligible for consideration.

- Provide superior customer service in a contact/call center environment through phone and other channels of correspondence.
- Handle questions and concerns with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.
- Communicate and provide accurate answers to resolve end-users' questions and concerns.
- Display empathy, have a passion for customer service excellence, and enjoy helping people.
- Use a tactful manner and ability to effectively deal with difficult situations.
- Maintain knowledge of systems/applications/products serviced by the contact center.
- Ability to follow strict work instructions and procedures.
- Adapt to continual changes to work instructions and procedures.
- Available for a flexible schedule Monday through Sunday 24/7.
- Actively participate in training as required.
- Listen to performance feedback and integrate suggestions into your daily tasks.
- Demonstrate a strong attendance record and excellent work ethic.
Qualifications and Skills
- At least 1 year of prior call center experience is required.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is preferred
