KECH Chosen by FBI to Assist Federal Firearms Licensees’ with Accurate Background Information

KECH, Inc., a leading provider in contact center services, is proud to announce its recent award from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) call center. KECH’s selection highlights the company's commitment to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, focused on safety, within the firearms industry.

The NICS call center operations focus on providing a seamless experience for Federal Firearms Licensees (FFLs) by ensuring respectful and professional interactions with customer service representatives (CSRs). KECH will provide services 364 days per year (365 days in leap years), seven days per week from 8 a.m. to 12 a.m. ET.

KECH is honored to be entrusted with the responsibility of managing the NICS call center operations and is committed to upholding the highest standards of efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism in serving the firearms industry.
