Steps for Applying for a Position with KECH
Step 1: Review Job Postings
Carefully review our open job postings (see list below), as some positions have state residency restrictions. Ensure you are applying for a position for which you meet all qualifications.
Step 2: Complete the KECH Job Application
Submit a KECH Job Application for the desired position.
Step 3: Take Assessments Tests (if required)
Depending on the position, you may be required to complete three assessment tests.
Step 4: Upload Required Documents
Submit the following three (3) documents as part of your application:

- Provide superior customer service in a contact/call center environment through phone and other channels of correspondence.

- Communicate and provide accurate answers to resolve end-users' questions and concerns.

- A minimum of 1 year of experience of customer service is required. 1 year in call center setting preferred.

VACATION: 2 weeks paid vacation after 1 year of service, 3 weeks after 5 years, and 4 weeks after 15 years.

Job Description/Requirements
We are seeking a dynamic professional who can wear multiple hats—proposal management and writing, content development, pipeline support, and marketing—to help us scale and win new business. This position is remote, but may require occasional travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Proposal Management & Writing
- Lead and manage the full proposal lifecycle (RFP/RFI analysis, compliance, submission).
- Write and edit compelling proposals, white papers, and capability statements.
- Organize and maintain proposal content libraries and templates.
- Content Development
- Create marketing collateral, case studies, and thought leadership pieces.
- Develop persuasive content for RFIs and government capability statements.
- Pipeline Support
- Assist in managing the business development pipeline.
- Research and identify new government contracting opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical and pricing inputs.
- Additional Duties
- Support branding and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with FAR and agency-specific requirements.
- Contribute to process improvements for proposal and BD operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in proposal writing and management for government contracts.
- Strong understanding of GovCon procurement processes and compliance.
- Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and proposal tools (SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat).
- Preferred: Experience in contact center/helpdesk solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits
· Salary Range of $90,000 to $110,000, salary may be negotiable commensurate with experience and proven track record
